Refund policy

At Breathra, we stand behind our product with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll make it right.

60-Day Guarantee

If you don't feel a meaningful difference in your breathing within 60 days of placing your order, contact our support team and we'll issue a full refund of the product price. We don't require you to return opened bottles. We'd rather you keep trying it than deal with the hassle of shipping it back.

How to request a refund

Email support@breathra.co with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Conditions

Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the order date. The guarantee applies to your first order of each product. If you've already received a refund on a previous order, subsequent orders are not eligible for the guarantee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, the standard shipping cost ($2.95) will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
