Thank you for shopping with Breathra. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping: $2.95 per order
Free Shipping: On all orders over $49

Estimated delivery times

United States: 7 to 12 business days
Canada: 7 to 12 business days
United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
Australia: 7 to 14 business days
Europe: 7 to 14 business days

Most orders in the US, Canada, and Australia arrive within 10 days. UK orders often arrive within 7 days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Breathra is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services in your country.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2 to 5 days for tracking information to update after you receive this email. If your tracking has not updated after 7 days, please contact us at support@breathra.co.

International orders and customs

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 21 business days of the shipping confirmation (30 business days for international orders), please contact us at support@breathra.co. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship the order.

PO Boxes

We are able to ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your full PO Box address is entered correctly at checkout.
